Thank you Mikael and thank you Metin.

Something cheery for December .
All linear aspects created with zsphere edit topology over multiple proxy forms. Painted with polypaint.
ZBrush ,Keyshot , Tea , Ginger Biscuits.
Best Wishes,
Boozy.
Beautiful, Mark! I love the sketchiness and the flow, it's visual poetry.
[Note to self: buy ginger biscuits for a possible artistic boost]
Many thanks Metin .
As for biscuits may I suggest a selection box - that way you can experiment in ways fluid with your mood.
Thanks for the advice, Mark. Don't tell anyone else please, or ginger biscuits might become a new drug among artists, yielding ginger biscuit rehab clinics and forcing ginger biscuits into the clandestine circuit, raising prices and causing the quality to deteriorate.
Next thing - war on biscuits :-)
:D
Edit: I'm afraid the ginger biscuit gods are already intervening, disallowing me to use proper emoticons.
Truly Ginger works in mysterious way.
And so do you, Mark!
I love this latest pic.
Have you never been attracted by PaintStop and all its illustrative, swishy swoshy potential? It is ZBrush's perversely 2D sub-package, sneakily lurking in the Documents menu. I'm a big fan! :)
I second this. PaintStop is one of those hidden ZBrush gems, a surprisingly versatile 2D paint module that's hidden in the comprehensive ZBrush UI.
Thanks Rory, I do occasionally use PaintStop which can be used like ProjectionMaster but mostly I create my own alphas and saved brushes for polypainting as well as switch in to Projection Master to utilise the line stroke mode + the other stroke modes as well as the other brushes available there such as the Direction Brush.
"Sleep"
First post of the New Year and a chance to try out some new polypaint brushes that I created over Christmas. Nothing like a little UI housekeeping and custom palette creating to start the year afresh.

Happy New Year, Mark! I always enjoy the riddling aspect of your work, among other features.
Thank you Metin, the riddling comes as standard the other features are extras.
Blessings to you for the New Year - very much look forward to seeing what you post in the months ahead.
Thank you Mark, likewise! :tu:
