I just realize what I did wrong, I mixed up the fh and fv in the noise editor so it was blowing up the details
Everything now is working right Thank you
I assume after I make the shaded or diffuse map, put it in the noise plugin, and bake a normal map

here how I did the hair, in Zbrush I used the short hair brush. In substance painter, I used some lines alphas with color. I tapped and rotated
doing a sculpt of myself as Arnorld lol, started with zbuider and started to sculpt on it. I just cut in the eyes to make my own eyes.
