The only thing I would like to suggest is try to put in some interesting large forms such as muscles, bone structure, and fat deposits.
Overall, a fun base to sculpt from.
I love the alien head (if one could be called more alien than another). I love the neck you put on him!

The reason for the wired lines is because the image is set to RGB color and in needs to be grayscale.
In Photoshop go Image/mode/grayscale.
It is a good start.
You just need to push and pull and refine the model.
a good anatomy book or muscle magazine may help.
The main book that I use right now and seems to be really helping...
I wish I had abs like this too.

the first thing that comes to my mind is that the nose is weired. It looks like the skin needs to be tighter in that area.
Also the shin under the moth seems to turn up in a funny way.
