Dive, do you use a drawing tablet?
I can get you some pictures of a couple of the major bones in the skull. I have a disarticulated skull here.
Great work. Love the cross section on the femur.
The skull looks good but it's too dark. Bone is very translucent and a real skull let's a lot of light through. Also some of the sutures look too...
I really like that style of hair. :tu:
What brushes do you use?
I've been using GoB for Blender updates 2.69, 2.70, 2.72, 2.73 and now 2.74 with no problems.
I'm on Mac OSX.
I really like that last one.
Bitmap2Material is exactly what it sounds like it takes a bitmap (or image file) and helps create a texture. This is useful for taking photographs and converting them into a usable texture for...
Nice model. I really like the base/stand.
Why?
Why not just create them in Blender?
Using a Wacom tablet?
For mouse I don't like inverted Y-axis. For gaming with controllers I do. To me it seems odd to use a drawing tablet with invert y-axis rotation. I know it can be frustrating...
Don't get the touch it's not worth the extra price. Zbrush doesn't really implement touch yet.
Are you using a mouse? Are you talking about inverted Y-Axis rotation?
Just to be clear it is possible to have Keyshot on a computer that is not on the internet. The activate and deactivate is a bit more complicated but it can be done. This is info I got from Luxion and...
Let's just say January isn't over.
One thing I've learned from my years with 3D software is that it's very expensive. It's not a question of excuse it's a question of what the software...
I was able to get some inside information. ;)
They had a date set. And no I'm not talking about their December date. I'm talking about a date set late in January. That date has passed and...
Name one major software that jumped straight into 64 bit without having a concurrent 32-bit version. The 64-bit version they're giving us is beta. I'm more thankful they're giving it to us now...
Short and simple answer is no, not yet.
Like Doug says you can already do that in Zbrush. Zbrush actually started out as a 2d sketching/drawing type software, it wasn't originally intended to sculpt 3d.
Because Zbrush is used in high end pipelines. If there are problems with the 64-bit version there needs to be something to fall back on. I'd be more worried if they didn't offer a 32-bit version...
If that's the only software you plan on running then no it's not worth the workstation. Workstation is more for heavy 3D, Maya, Max, etc.
Oh you'll need a lot more than that. :p
I think you...
Where are you located? Shipping can be an issue.
Also what format does it take for the color info? VRML or multiple object STL?
It depends on what software packages you're planning on using.
There are many ways to do things in 3D. There is usually more than one right way, but there is also a wrong way to do things.
Like Spyndel said it's going to be more about efficiency and how...
