ok....SSS + HAIR in Zbrush...everything all i wanted....this is absolutely amazing.. this ....sounds so fanboy like but...i am.... amazed........cant.....................speak........ :D:D
sry support havent read that u wrote they are working on a dynameshvideo...but...isnt dynamesh the main feature?! :confused:
strange that there is no video for dynamesh and the sub-d freeze thing....having some trouble with it.

i can show you nice blender renderings, but that doesnt make it "high end" :P
mental ray is high end and needs good understanding and knowledge. i´m definitively not very good with mental ray but...
well you talked about a cheap "high end" renderer. poser/lightwave arent high end. mental ray is, especially the skin shader is awesome and of course you cant expect hair and fur for 500 bucks.

me too, so dig XSI. it has mental ray and that for "just" 500 bucks.
whats the problem making your own personal basic human mesh and use it for all sculpts? why using crappy makehuman/poser models? i dont get it.

how low is your low poly character and do you keep an eye on topo/polyflow even for a low poly character?
make your own human and use it later as basic for all "human being" related stuff :D

very nice sculpt. i would give/model him a pipe wrench for his hand and as mentioned before the lower part of the trousers really needs work. the folds dont look naturally.
