Wow. Top row for sure.
How many months did this take you?
Really like this. Would also love to see a breakdown.
The only issue I had with it was the first card looked a bit strange. Like it is cut in half or something.?
Little bit of an update.
Added the saddle and the mouth lead.

Looking good.
So how did you resolve the texture problem with subtools? I am getting ready to mat and poly paint a guy with about 10 subtools so i could use your advice as to how you eventually...
Canned.. Ysingrin..... Thanks for all the comments.
Hitch... Thanks for the inspiration. I dont think i will have that much action going on but i def. understand what you are talking about
...
Yes, it is strange to just blur out his hands and his feet. It is hard to crit because it is so strange.
It is just distracting.
But his texturing is looking good.
Thank you all for the kind words. Still looking for background ideas. Maybe a manatee army.. behind him?
More Modeling...

Pretty cool..
My only suggestion would be on all the details and bits on the guy and his tank that are all over the place... It appears that they are all done with a mask and "inflate"...or just...
Here is the Manatee base. I think i am going to add a saddle to this guy.

Hey all..
Here is some work that I am doing for a competition on another site. But most of my work is being done on Z3 so I figured some of you all would dig it.
Crits and whatnot...
I...
J..
Lookin really good.
A few questions for you. Did you do any prelim modeling in max or was every tool/subtool created and detailed entirely in zbrush?
When you brought each tool in...
Yeah, i agree about the left leg. I thought that he just had a short leg with no knee or something. It really hurts the piece as it is generally pretty strong.
The feet could also use some more...
Looking good. I def. agree with the other posters that the head is too small. It is almost as long as the neck. And when you look at the paw size compared to the head it becomes really noticable.
...
Sweet!!
I got the email, so I am stoked about that, however I am at work!!!
I cant wait to get home and get working. Thanks so much to Pixologic for making this a free upgrade. That speaks...
So I am assuming that nobody has heard any news?
Just wondering what the deal is.
I know that they must have alot to deal with today over there...
Looking good. Especially for your first attempt.
My only crit is that the skin is a bit shiney, and especially in the hair. The hair is a bit "plastic" looking.
Keep up the good work.
And here is the initial worm model. Roughed it in with Max, then did the sculpting in Z.

Looking really good. You really nailed the personality in the face. Like the ripped clothing too.
Thanks everybody.
Slosh, your post was very inspiring.
Here is another render of one of the fish with pretty much all modeling done. worked on the mouth and eyes.
Thanks to Makhailis the...
that is looking sweet. Is there a larger theme to this?
Thanks all..
Just a heads up, thats not a bomb that the worm is connected to, its a "fishing bobber" thats been pulled down or somthing like that...
Threw together a sketch with a fish. Waiting for 3 like everybody else.

Yes, let me add my thanks for the Mat.
I really liked the one you did. #4 was spot on.
Thanks for posting it.
Looking good. Like the mats and hair thus far.
