I finally sat down to see what you were talking about Mahlikus. I can see why you called it a discovery now!.
I started with a "fantasy" skin too get familiar with the method, so I modelled an...
I don't know why but this creature feels like its a true colossal, towering hundreds of feet up in the air!. Maybe its because of the small head and the (IMO atleast) whale-like body.
Very cool creature as always Mentat7 :tu: :tu:.
Im not a big fan of lensflares tho =P.
Wow thanks for the indepth reply Mahlikus!. This is very interesting stuff and I will try it out as soon as I get home, and see if I can make something of interest.
I never did manage to create a...

Wow...that first is simply amazing. One of my favourites, if not the all time favourite!, of the Central. It looks (and is mostly I assume?) very 2D.

Go under Light->Shadows.
There you can toggle Zmode, which might make the shadow look more like you want it. Also increase the Rays count in the same place. You could try fiddling some...
Yes I purchased the Intuos very recently and a copy of Painter Classic shipped with it, its a spiffy app =)..but I prefer painting in Zbrush still.
Well im using an Intous2 A6 ( I think its A6 atleast!)..I've never ever felt it was too small, but I often sketch small so I suppose it differs.
I've never had any other tablet but my father used...
I have no experience in animation. But keeping a blank Zsphere for further refinement elsewhere should not be any problems what so ever I assume. But from what I've gathered about animation from...
Looks cool Artgraf, I've never tried the multimarker myself for some reason...perhaps I should ;)
Great Looking Harpy that is :tu: :tu:, you really managed to capture the nastiness and disgustiness ;)
Wonderful!, I think the first image is my fav (the closeup), the monster looks very threatening there  .

I once looked into the eyes of a tiger from a very short distance, it felt...
This is great!, I especially like necromancers head ;)
*EDIT*
Nice render that one, I think you could achieve something similar in Zbrush too, fiddling around with the shadow settings some :tu: :tu:.
Trevligt med en till svensk här också! ;).
Cool skinZ Mahlikus!. I actually made an interface test with Zbrush not so long ago too, but it was for a game interface which I will be making somewhere in the near future. The first test looked...
