In the coming days/weeks (depending on my work) I'll be adding meat around it. Then the fat pockets. And then, if everything goes fine, the skin over it.

Yeah well at that point it doesn't matter it's really just to make a turn table, so yes, I could just go to maya, group, center, ungroup, go back to zbrush.
Merging everything is not possible here, it's 128 000 000 polygons.
