Thanks guys glad you like it. The helmet was entirely created in zbrush then later retopoed in topogun. The key to making stuff like that is to keep it in pieces (subtools or polygroups).

The depth setting works fine the problem is the curve is crashing into the geo randomly and at dramatic amounts. I can't paint a simple stroke on the surface and have it stay on the surface.
Anyone else having this problem? I'm using zbrush 4R4 and the curve mode won't snap to the surface it keeps diving into the middle or snapping to the opposite side. No matter what values I put into...

4.4 is normal release of zbrush 4 R4, 4.42 is the floating license version. I'm guessing he made these hoses at work where he has floating license version. I've had this issue when trying to take...
