Glad you found it useful :tu:
I've been using this technique for about a year and thought that it was worth sharing with the zbrush community. It produces a more consistent accurate thickness than the create shell function. So I...
Awesome! Your work was always some of my favorite stuff to see on here. Glad to see you posting again.
Been a while since my last update. After Legacy of the Void's released a couple weeks ago I've been itchin to make something Starcrafty. Starcraft was my biggest inspiration in learning Zbrush, hence...
Thanks Diablo.
Here's an older piece that I finally got around to finishing. Starcraft 2 Hydralisk.

Megara from Hercules. Fun little sculpt, not what I normally make.

Thanks lucasetor, might get around to rendering each one out. But instead, here's the opposite.

I may end up 3d printing them out eventually. Maybe not in the quality I'd like, but it'd...
Game of Thrones inspired chess set. ~95% zbrush, rendered in vray.

The model turned out great! love it. The Ddo textures look awesome. Was looking to use Ddo in near future for some low poly work, nice to see some results. :)
Great stuff :tu:
Wicked cool stuff, love all of it.
Great tutorial, very clear. Thanks for sharing
Thanks for the comments guys, really glad you like the design.
Here's a turntable of the model.

Another hard surface piece. I haven't had a chance to add any micro detail (nuts, bolts and other doodads) But I'd figure I'd post the WIP since I don't think I'll have the time to completely finish...
Looks great. Feet looks a little small though, but overall I like the shapes and forms you got going on.
Can't wait to see the final product!
Great stuff. Top Row
Thanks for all the different close up shots, makes it easy to appreciate all the detail/work that went into this.
I think it looks great. Nice interpretation of Hilda and the anatomy is really good for a novice (though I'm no expert myself) especially since the subject is not the easiest to pull off.

@Thoanga - Actually didn't use dynamesh a whole lot. The tail is a fairly simple low res IMM brush. The limbs are all made up of primitives and zbrush retopologized pieces. There are a few dynamesh...
Thanks for all the kind comments.
@ kevphil : I'll probably mess with more poses in the near future, but for now I've just been messing with colors and a couple modifications.
Tried the wings out...
Thanks haz3y & SammehSAMURAI, glad you like it.
Got quite a bit done over the weekend. Had most of the design done so it was just a matter of some quick meshes and detailing/poly-painting.
Once...
Hey guys, it's been a while. Haven't opened zbrush in several months and I didn't want to forget what I've learned, so I started a new project with a similar theme to my last. A little zergling...
Great tutorial, thanks for the extended version you added :)
I love everything about that render/comp!
I'm hoping to achieve something similar with a piece I've been working on the last few days, but I'm very new to rendering and compositions in general. ...
Love it! great style :tu:
