Nice work! The skin on the neck and 'nose' are especially nice. Really wrinkly and bumpy.
This image (and so many others that I've seen) demonstrates that ZBrush is a robust self-sufficient tool....
You managed to make that cute little head look very creepy. I like the veins and the drippy mouth. Nice first effort!
