Default Mike Nash - Hard Surface Suit (info on page 2)

    Hey all,

Here's some old hard surface work I finished a couple months back. It was sculpted entirely in Z-brush and rendered in Mental Ray.

    Enjoy!

SWEEEEET!!!!!!! Amazing detail. One quick question tho, how did u get such crisp displacements? I currently have a very high rez monster sculpt and using 2k normal and displacement maps isnt quite cutting it. Are you decimating? 4k maps? And what material is that?

this looks totally top row! very intricate and well designed details and form. Some insight into your workflow, number of subtools, WIP images would be great.

Hey dude, this is really impressive detail!
Can you share some of your workflow on how you made those fine details ?
Did you make it with textures ? Those cavity details, defining the plates etc..
