Empire

A couple of quick sketches for a little series called Empire. My aim is to work quickly, not to get bogged down with detail or be fussy in any way.
These sculpts are meant to be raw, it’s personality i’m trying to capture.
Thanks for looking.

great sketches & personalities

i can see personality within each of those. gd job.

Thanks people, glad you like them, here’s another member of the Empire, slightly less caricature.

Raw can be enough! Love fast scetches like this. :+1:

oh I just love love love that last one! Such character, well done.

Agreeing with the above: these sketches are very good -> great flow, shapes & looseness, especially love the latest :+1:

Solid sculpts, established character, and technique…no polish or pores required or needed…The power of suggestion outweighes the need for unwarrented detail…:+1:

Thanks People, the Empire is slowly building.

Just want to echo the comments above. Deft & pithy stuff. Love it.
