Awesome job! I'm going to assume it's not top row yet because it's the weekend and folks are sleeping in.

Thanks for the replays guys, I`m very happy that you like him!

    - Taron, well said dude, thanks. I think we should never be satisfied!

About the likeness I started just with looking photos but I did not get good result and did some lines (screenshot from zbrush and photo to see the differences) to refine him.

about the progress I start with dynamesh and qremesher after it, I keep my lowest subdiv like this:

Skin pores allways on layer so you can adjust its intensity, they are done with some sculpted alphas:

For the texture I`m extracting cavity

    -generating displacement
-clone disp, then in alpha "crop and fill" and you get this(you should have material with cavity applied):

and it can be mixed with even the displacement map and some colors and you get this:

    hair is Hairfarm.

    Cheers

When you've got it, you got it. A total delight! I love the tornado of muscles on your first creature, pulling with such power and balance the whole being together. Even the private parts on your first model don't look offensive, but relaxed and appropriate. I'd love to see the female counterpart, hahaha!

But the pirate... oh man. You've long proven your point and this is just as breathtaking as ever. So much work, too... I'm so ashamed just how lazy I know I am.

    You just rock!

Will you forgive me, if I make a very gentle suggestion?
This has such a level of perfection, that the smallest detail becomes very sensitive. The eyelids could benefit from a bit more color texture, I think, a careful flushing would really bring the last tiny bit to life. Consider his expression and what he might've been through at this point. I'd give him that sort of physical state, the bit of "sickliness" he might have, you know. Same goes for the ears, too, actually.

But don't get me wrong, you know that this is pure brilliance and I want you to be sure that I know that, too.
