I have repaired disk permissions on my mac as well as made sure that each of the folders involved are set to Read and Write. I am still getting the error.

    What am I missing?

    Thanks for the reply!

Make sure that the file(if it even exists), isn't set to READ ONLY.

That file does not exist in the path indicated in the error message. I made sure to set all folders in the path to Read and Write as well.

Also, trying to send a mesh to Blender from ZBrush gives me the following error:

    My HD is 25% full.

    Any other thoughts?

Found a fix for my permissions issue at the following site:
    /
    http://www.versluis.com/2014/10/how-to-fix-insufficient-disk-space-error-for-goz-in-zbrush

The fix is simple but not very intuitive.

It apparently comes from the following thread:

    http://www.zbrushcentral.com/showthread.php?180186-GoZ-error-message-insufficient-disk-space

    Thanks for the solution aurick.

I wish Blender was officially supported by pixologic. In any case many thanks for this plugin, it helped me a lot. I haven't tried it with zbrush 4r7 yet, but just read that in p2 zbrush can export6inport creased edge info. I don't know if it's compatible with blender's creasing, but it would be fantastic if it worked.

Hey man, I am not sure there is being developed a pluggin for such fresh releases. I work with Zr7 & Blender 2.69, the blender plugin didnt work on later versions.

Default Is this working for 4r7?

Just tried to install on my work machine and could not get it to work.

Considering learning the blender interface so I can use cycles and some of it's volumetric effects that keyshot doesn't support.
But was hoping to use teh GoB bridge? Can anyone confirm?
    Regarding Digital Art.

"So let me get this straight. I no longer need to watch paint dry, no more toxic chemicals or ruined clothing by a rogue globule of Alizarin Crimson? No longer will be punished for experimentation by ruining my work? I can take forms and colors and patterns and rearrange them at will upon my canvas. Easily upload and have my work seen by a vast global audience? BASICALLY, I can take what ever I can imagine and make it manifest?"

"Yes, but you'll be shunned by the "Artistic World"

    "Cool, Where do I sign?"

Blender its reeeeeally easy to learn, just a couple of weeks (2 weeks maximum) and you'll get a grip of it

i use Blender 2.73 a to work on most of my stuff but I still use Blender 2.60 to work bridged with zbrush 4R6, because that's the only way the blender plugin along with zbrush will work. there's these tutorials on CG Cookie that would help you get started ( https://cgcookie.com/blender/cgc-cou...for-beginners/ )
