Really enjoying this last piece Deke

I wonder wahat would happen if the dark parts of the spheres that are used for the underlying surface to your sculpture were masked and then made to have a raised surface/extruded...might create a nice wavey ocean water looking surface with cast shadows created from the swell of the waves...Just a passing thought on my part, that might be useful to you..who knows..

Hey...Merry Christmas and wishes and hopes for a peaceful new year ahead Deke

    P.S. Stay dry

Nice! Love the Zelda emblem put in there.

I stayed away from Max UV's for a while, but I've been back Max recently and WOW they've improved the UV's sooooo much.

    Great new posts Deke
Glad I helped to get involved into this UV thing.
It's not that difficult. I just watched some max12 UV tutorials. It looks good on some other stuff but in this case, blender is better (and much easier)
We can't change such massive apps like max or blender or maya or LW or modo etc etc , not that easy. Better stay on what we know better.
Anyway, here a new small tut (on blender), may give you an idea on loops.
    Happy new year to all.
