Fluffier version of the honey bee.

loving the new light cap feature... Getting pleasant results by simply adding random "landscape" images as a texture to the light.

    Default honey bee

really nice work on the honey bee!
looking forward to seeing your process.
are these for illustrative purposes or are they for animation?
just curious because I read a few not so friendly comments regarding
fibre mesh and actually using it in production film/tv.
    thanks

    Thank you.

Im an illustrator .. This is one of a few creatures planned for a book detailing the internal workings of creatures.

The insides of a honey bee are incredible...and so easy to illustrate in Zbrush.

With regards to problems with fibre mesh in animation... other software packages usually find a work around to accommodate

Really great stuff! I find the bee cross-section particularly captivating, and would love to see it in color!

    Default reference mat

    Hey, really nice shrimp!
Where or how do you collect your reference material?
there's just so much info in your models.
