Hi, I used the Chain IMM and when I export it there is nothing there. It shows up fine in ZBrush, I can move things around, morph it up and all that but not sure why but the chain is not showing up in any program I try to bring it into. Could it be that I screwed up and didn't finalize the mesh when I was finished with where I wanted all the links to end up (made a wallet with a chain)? It's a little frustrating to think I'm going to have to start over but if I gotta I gotta.

If anyone knows or has an idea of what went wrong or what I should try before starting this again please let me know.

    Thanks

    Richard

    Default Cobra Insert Mesh Brush

Hi guys, I made my first insert mesh brush for a Cobra, as it will really help with a project i'm working on. It is a Tri Part mesh, I really want all the tri parts to be textured with scales, how would I go about making a texture that lines up on all parts and repeats depending on how long you draw the snake.

Hey Blkgold Heres how I would do it. This version is SUPER basic but It would be really kool to do like different scales on the bottom, and actually model out the head and tail realistically.

    Make a tiling Scales mesh

Bend it using the bend modifier

    Make the ends

turn it into a tripart curve!

Thanks @bonebrew, you mentioned making a tile able pattern for the scales, I'm not sure which program you used to make those scales, it's doesn't look like zbrush, please advise.
