Default Death - Darksiders 2 Fanart

    Hi all,

I'm a fan of the Darksiders's artworks. I made my own 'Death' in my spare time.
All were done in Zbrush, I rendered passes and compositing was made in Photoshop.
(I'm in love with Fibermesh and BPR render ).

He comes alone now, I will give him his Despair and scythes soon.

Thanks for reading and hope you like him, critiques are warmly welcome.

    Superb execution!

Consider weight (gravity) for the pose. Looks like a toy without weight atm on the beauty render.

What I mean is, put more weight on one hip, break it up, so it doesn't feel as symmetrical. One shoulder up, perhaps look in mirror for a fearsome pose, take a picture, look something up online :P

    Keep up the good work!

Nice job with your interpretation of Death. You treatment of the hair came out nice too.

Yeah, you're right, daidda. I missed the natural of his pose. I used Transpose Master for rigging hi-poly, it's a little bit hard for me to achieve my purpose . Thank you very much

    Default Speed sculpting

My lastest speed sculpt, rendered with BPR. This piece was done in about 3 hours:
