First Serious attempt at a human face

Oh boy, ok, so I'm a little nervous. I'm a total (well, almost) 3-D and Zbrush noob, here, so be gentle. *chuckles*

So I'm fooling around with my brand new 4R4 and tell a friend "I should model how baggy my eyes feel right now." You can see what happened from there. (I'm not actually half that old.) It's still a WIP, so throw those critiques, and techniques, and anything else you wanna throw at me, so long as it isn't rotten tomatoes!

Ok, so I worked it over after a little time away but I'm still not satisfied. I gave her hair some length and a part, tucked in a few sags and added more fine wrinkles. Also thinned her lips and fixed the fine hairs so they didn't float out in the air. (Changed the shape of the face and forgot to fix the hair with it, silly me.)

But I'm not happy with that skin. It looks kind of waxy and I don't think the color's quite right. I used the default skinshader material. I know I can do better, just not sure where to start. Maybe I'll look at it in the morning and do a "duh" take. LOL
