    I made this model based on the concept of seungjin
    ~50k polys and five sets of 2k textures(body), one set of 4k texture(face) and one set of 1k texture(sword).
    Rendered in marmoset toolbag 1.10 C&C are always welcome.

    Yes I used xnormal to bake all maps
    I did just a rough polypaint in Zbrush to feel the main colours. All the rest I use photoshop

    I use Photoshop (for photosourcing, colour correction and some hand painting)and dDO (photoshop document organization and some primary dirts and colour variation)

    I made a basic walkthrough for my workflow. I usually make a sketch in dynamesh, then create each piece with proper topology (some pieces with zremesher and other with zsphere).Then I give proper uvs for the piece (I use uvs master or UV layout to give the initial uvs and Softimage to layout with other objects).
    Finally I create the base high res model and with the help of morph target and layers I give the final details. I use this method to create all pieces of this model.
