Also, for the skin detail, which is amazing, where do you find the alphas? The ones I get from zbrush central are very limited.

Aazv17 - for the skin detail I changed techniques a lot, I used to use a bunch of alpahs, but then found the best was just to lay down with the Standard brush (on Spray mode) with a bunch of default alphas, and then go over the top and hand carve !
