    Hey there,

thanks very much for the feedback ;D
I'll try changing the falling jar and the direction she is facing.... I also will try to break the symmetrie in her upper body a bit ^^
Still a lot to do with the lighting as well...

Good to read that the tutorial is useful, if you're interested in anything else just let me know ;D

    Thanks

    Little Update....
Just found out why there were no shadows on her leg....
Kinda odd but i just activated BPR Transparent Shading in the Display Properties, turned BPR Shadows to 100 and it worked...
Turned off the BPR Transparent Shading on the skirt again and suddenly there was a shadow... It is the same lighting setup!

Does anyone know why that happened ?

    This is so strange !

    Hey there,
Did some more tweeking and noticed that i'm unfortunately not able to meet your critics.... I managed to change the angle a bit so you can see her face a bit better
I noticed that i made too much mistakes to change something on her pose and the orientation of her arms... So i couldn't let the jar from the front counter ;/

Does anyone know if post processing is allowed ?

"1. At least one final posed image that is colored, sculpted and rendered completely in ZBrush. Minimum image dimensions are 1,500 x 1,500 pixels and a third party program may only be used for compositing the final render."

This is what the contest rules say.

You can composite in PS if you want. Render out your passes in ZBrush, and use PS to composite them together.

Wonderful piece of art. love all the details and the shop. The only thing I wish was her tutu was a bit see through and her legs a bit more tighter and more strait. Lovely entry though and would hate to see her dentist bill lol love this. Good luck to you.

A few days ago, i played with the render settings a bit and noticed this effect...
Hope it's useful to someone ;D I think it's pretty cool but i don't know if it just worked for my special case ^^

Thanks again for all the feedback

Here's the "tutorial" on how to make a very quick and pretty clean mask layer without filling every subtool with the flat material:
