I love the idea of frank in an old school mobster get up. I would worry that he would look to similar to other genres (the rocketeer, maybe Dick Tracy, ) I do like it though. It would be a lot of work but you could add other monsters as henchmen.

here some image of what i did to sculpt the head, if someone have some tips or comments, please let me know.

    1) moving the geometry to get the basic shape of the head

    2) blocking the basic shapes of the face and adding the eyes

3,4 & 5) making some details of the face with standard brush, clay tubes, clay & dam standard

    6) cutting the top of the head

hi this is the second part of the head sculpting.

    1) just refining the details and the shapes of the head

    2) taking of the symmetry and adjusting the facial features

    3) adding another sphere for the top of the head, and adding some minor details, like the scar and the metal clips

    4) putting some details with alphas, changes the materials, and put some hair

I love the idea man, fits the character very well, i suggest you to grab some references from the 1931 movie one and make him look more like him, right now is more like a reinterpretation of the character and the goal is just put him in a different scenario
