Default FINALIST: Twisted Horror (Frankenstein (1931)) - Frank takes it easy

Yet another Frankenstein joins the fray!

This is what I'm going for, Frank and his demonic dog hitting the beach.

    Where I'm at now:

    And my process so far:

Thanks Duncan, your entry's looking great btw!

Here's some progress on the dog, inspired by Frankenweenie of course I've recorded the first few stages of this, will post it as soon as it's done uploading.

Thanks for the comments guys, much appreciated!

I've just been messing with some different directions, I'm liking the idea of him sitting on a park bench (current bench is a place holder) with his faithful companion by his side, maybe with some beer bottles and a car battery sitting on the ground. His hair is also missing in this shot.

    Thanks for looking!

Looking great, I liked the dog vids showing your process. I hope you get it done in time, it's getting very close!

Perhaps the dog could have a frisbee in his mouth, or maybe a spare body part that wasn't used for ol' Frank? Something to punch it up a bit.

Cool as. hahaha It would be cool to have a surfboard leaning up against the park bench..... Just as a bit of a throwback to the original idea... they offer a good amount of shade too.

    Keen for some more.

Thanks for the comments everyone, will be sure to drop by your threads.

    markrulz:
Love the idea of a Frisbee, thanks! I was trying to think of something to lighten the mood and I think this works well.

Still plenty of work to do (posing, asymmetry, stitches, hair, cloth folds to name a few), hoping I get it all done.
