    adjusted some eye proportions and textures, working on the beard and spec maps, then im hoping to find some kind of painted microdisplacement to break up whats left

    Could i ask how you did the lace cloth was it separated geo or displacement map?

    burntheskies - to do the cloth i used both displacement and alpha on a double sided peice of geo

    Totally awesome ! Love the dog and the self portrait skin is realistic .... how did you texture the skin ? Did you polypaint it ? If so then how did you get the specular map ? And is there any other map than the color and specular ??
