    Default Mother



    Lately I was inspired by the work of Don Brown. Love his elegance and simplicity.

    Basic mesh in Maya, sculpted in Z-Brush. The hair is done in Dynamesh.

    This is just fantastic! Are you going to texture/render or leave it in this kind of ceramic state? I'd love to see it both ways

    This sculpture is lovely. The pose, the facial expression, I'm really drawn to it. My only crit would be that the legs seem very long, then again it can be an artistic choice.

    I did not use any specific references. I tend to work from my memory. This is why this woman is a bit idealized.
