    Working on it, there are upper torso
    I dont like the face... something wrong...

    The zone where the neck meets the skull should form an angle at the ear/nose line -the eyes are pointing up (turn the upper eyelid closer to an horizontal line) and the head is a bit too large for the rest of the body, also.

    I think it looks good. Great job on the face expecially. Lots of personality. The proportions seem off but when you are dealing with a fantasy creature all bets are off

    My anatomy knoledge is low, so there is proportion troubles, there are no ref also (I mean img are not loaded as background, so I constantly swithing between screens) in "always practice" purpose

    Tips: horses are huge compared to people, just alone the head is as large as half a human body (roughly, but there you have a clue)
    Also, take your time adjusting proportions while the model is at a low polycount and it's easier to handle before adding deep detail.
