    Smile Samus Aran - WIP

Hello, this is my first ZBC post. I'm currently working on my demoreel and im producing this sculpt as one of my center pieces. I'd love some critique and tips on how to improve my work. Thanks and have a great day.

Looks like I'm getting the hang of this. I hope.

    Default Don't sweat it

Hey there, don't get too down over the lack of feedback here. I don't know if it's our crazy-busy lifestyles and such limited free time, or if people just tend to comment on work that blows their mind. It's frustrating for us who are starting out.
I was disappointed when I started sharing my work, but I just kept putting it out there.

You're doing the right thing, asking for C&C's. Keep at it, you're doing great!

Looks like you're interested in hard surface stuff, There's great tutorials here. Check out the helmet tutorial, it's fantastic.
I think you should study Anatomy too. Great looking characters wear their armor so much better! Hang in there!

    Looking nice so far.

Some advice to keep in mind; you want to lock down your proportions, silhouette and scale before getting into finished/detail work. You can argue that this is the style you are shooting for but I would change a lot of the aesthetics of the proportions and scale (ie: chunkiness) and silhouette before proceeding.

The main thing is to follow through, learn within the process and finish.
