One of the things I learned from this video is that apparently, at some point, you do get somewhat used to the wonderment of it all and stop squealing with delight every time you perform one of 4R7 64's amazing new functions.

Either that, or Mr. Drust just has incredible self-control.

not feeling keyshot, because I think pixologic should have focus on in house rendering. Some people like myself put a lot of time into learning (also that's more money out of my pocket ) how to render through z brush. The modeler brush looks amazing, and so does the the other new features....

I also hope myself and other artist don't abuse the modeler brush to the point we forget how to sculpt, or we loose the sculpt feel and are work .....that modeler brush looks so amazing .....

WOW! that's a way better demo than the sneak peak... probably because there is no hyped up salesman nagging Drust to repeat every step to milk the applause. I learned alot from this video, and i cant wait to try out these awesome modelling tools!

My heart just popped out when I saw "Array Mesh". Like omg what he's gonna do, what is this omg omg

Funny thing is, the moment 4R7 will be finally out, people will be more eager to ask about Zbrush 5. Oh well ^^

Watching this video, I feel like I can see the future : Dynamic Zremeshing as you're sculpting. That's the next step !!! ( ok maybe that's overkill haha)

Yeah Tetsuoo, by the time we will have a 128core 128GHz machine witha TB RAM I guess that will be possible.

But by that time, we probably won't be working on monitors anymore but with real 3D digital clay...

How were the pine cones etc scanned for the forest floor scene please? What app/process was used to capture the geometry and texture data please? Thanks for any pointers.

Relly nice video. Can't wait to play with the nanomeshes.

I wonder what he used for scanning his forest nanomesh objects. Anybody knows? There are so many objects that I guess maybe he used something else than a photogrammetry soft because it's so long to take hundreds of pictures and reconstruct them. But scanning multiple object is a very nice way to play with nanomesh to fill a forest.
