    hello i'm trying to make some sketching with zspheres but shift+A is not working any other way to open that function? thanks

    You do not seem to be in edit mode.
    Press the Edit button, or 'hit the T key'

    first now, to clear your canvas press Ctrl-N
    choose a ZSphere ( two-colored sphere)
    press T
    draw one more zspheres

    open Tools palette and go to ZSketch, activate it, or press shift A. and there you go.

    when beginning it is a good idea to know what you are doing before pressing a shortcut and where you can find that specific functionality.

    you may want to invest a few minutes watching
