    Default Kestas's sketchbook

    Hello everyone
I've been a lurker for many years in this forum and now I finally decided to man up and create my own sketchbook to practice my sculpting skills hard.
So basically every workday I get up early in the morning at around 5-6 AM and do a quick sculpting session 2-3 hours before work.I find that I can get better results in the morning than working late into the night, probably that's because the brain is all fresh in the morning.
I've been doing this for a couple of months now and here is what I got so far. I know these are not perfect and are pretty ****ty but I hope I can improve.

    Hello everyone,
I'm posting a blockout of a character that I started. It's based on concept art from Naughty Dog's Last of us. Nothing is really done just basic blockout of the shapes and proportions using Dynamesh. Next step will be taking everything to max for retopology and clean modeling.

I love everything you've done so far, but his eyes' and eyelids' position seems a little unnatural.

    Here's something that could help:

So, I would probably go with the 1/4 covered, as it stands out normal. Other than that, good work... and crazy good work on the clothes and fabric, man! (:
