    You're welcome, Pen. :-)

Great !!!Learn more the anatomy closely, you can do it! Sorry !
No need to be sorry. :-) You are right! I am reading that knowing anatomy is very important, when it comes to making accurate organic sculpts.

Thank you for your suggestion and encouragement!

    I love ZModeler.

Decorative cutlass -- probably useless in battle, but fun to make. :-)

Thank you, Pen. You're very kind.

Looking at the render, I see a mistake. I should've inset the tip of the handle
into the hand guard, somehow. I didn't realize it'd shrink that much when subdivided.

ZModeler is really awesome though. There's nothing hard surface that can't be made
    with it.

I didn't notice the handle until you mentioned it. I could see star in a pirate outfit with that sword though...

    I love Zmodeller also...

You're welcome to use it. :-)

It'll have to be re-sized and re-positioned, but you can do that in ZB.

Also, it'll need textures. The ones I did are PBR, and I know you use DS and Poser.

Same goes for anyone else, who wants a real simple cutlass.

Use as you please. There's supposed to be an obj and a .ztl (with UVs) in the zip.

I hope it's ok to upload geometry...?

Goes without saying, this is 100% my own work -- no tuts involved.

    You're welcome, Pen. :-)

No sense in it just sitting on my hard drive.

I wish there was a central place to share ztools.

After I make them, I don't know what to do with them.

WIP Celtic Sword. Lo Poly, still more parts to be made. This is the base.

Gold version rendered with BPR, using Mahlikus's Dynamic settings and render environment,
    available from Gumroad.

*Part of the handle is supposed to be wood -- this is a WIP quickie.

Thank you for taking a look. :-)

Thank you, Mealea! Very nice of you to say that.

I sort of abandoned the simple Celtic sword, when I found the Intro to ZB4R7 video set, from Gnomon. That series will hook somebody, with its revelation of ZB secrets. Plus, it's a joy to watch the instructor just...create things.

Anyway, thank you again. Comment much appreciated!
