    Default High Poly Characters - EVOLVE

    Hey everyone, been a long time.

    I was responsible for creating the high poly character models for two of the new hunters for EVOLVE. These characters were fun to work on, they both have very unique qualities in my opinion.

    I use Zbrush for as much as I can, other than a few buckles, and Crow's goggles, it's all Zbrush.

    Slim's armor was made by first sketching the the shapes and patterns, then I'd define each segment as a polygroup and run Panel loops to get individual thick segments.

    These Renders were made using the Keyshot with Zbrush bridge.

    Slim, is really cool looking! Is he a bug man or a man wearing bug armor?

    Regardless, really clean professional sculpture of a really neat concept!

    Slim is a mutant, he is a human spliced with bug DNA. Slim enlisted in a war as part of a rebellion who's plan was to use the mutation as an advantage, for the armor and toughness. The rebellion lost the war and the remaining Basilisk soldiers were never turned back to human and it was deemed illegal to be one. So he's been on the run and living in isolation for a bit until he and Crow found each other.

    Slim is super nice I am not a fan of that kind of eyes, but it looks fine on him. Well done

    yup, I do freelancing. This character was done in a studio and I worked on it for3 weeks. Thanks for your interest
