Hi All!

A small upgrade

Awesome. May i ask, how did you mill the face? Do you have 5 axis CNC? Because i think, CNC’s mill only from one side of the material and the skull looks like as it was not done with a CNC.

Osiris128, thank you!

The model has been cut in ZBrush into two parts - the face and body. SliceCurve Brush.
Face mill separately. The body is mill separately. Then, the two parts are connected.

I am jealous… you have all the toys to bring your creation to life… looks great and following with great interest…

Thanks for replying Andrei. Do you have a 4 axis CNC or 5 axis CNC?

Sigmund Hentze, thank you.
However, you can do it. The photo shows our CNC. 3-AXIS machine.

Osiris128, All this is done on a 3-axis CNC. This CNC is made in Germany.

As you can see this is a conventional CNC. Working area 1000x600 mm.

But the plane itself is not. Instead, we have collected a movable frame that moves up or down manually. This allows the dial thickness of the material. This frame is put a blank for a model that can be rotated 360 degrees. And you did it!

Of course, all this was made possible thanks to this wonderful program ZBRUSH!!!

The future of old world craftsmanship! I’m so glad to see this coming to life. Is it for your own home?

LynneMitchell, thank you!

Oh no! It is not in my house.
It is decorated in a private home. This lounge bar and video.

Ohh Wow!! Awesome… I want this machine!!!

Congratulations… great work!!!
