    Default Teras

    Hey everyone!

It's been a while since I've posted something on these forums. I've been busy with different projects as well as finishing my freshmen year at SCAD. I began this project during school so I could apply everything I was learning to this piece. This is by far my most ambitious project that I have ever attempted. I have never done a creature in an environment nor a full on composition for that matter. This project has been a giant learning opportunity for me. My goal for this project was to be placed in the top row right here on Zbrush Central. That's why I didn't want to quit this project until I did everything I absolutely could to try and achieve the level of quality in that amazing gallery. I would like to thank my mentor Kurt Papstein for constantly pushing me. Kurt helped me keep to my creative goals from beginning to end. I've poured a lot of time and energy into this work, but in the end it has turned into something that I am amazingly proud of.

Well without further ado, here is my passion project, my dream. "Teras"

The grinning natural brute sits atop the new throne of mankind, exposing the weakness of their pride.

This is fantastic, I like how the flesh flow from bone. Very impressive!

The piece has alot of "dragon" implications, and one can never go wrong with that!
