    Default Athena

    Hey guys!

I've been following the ZBrushCentral forum for awhile now so I thought it was time for my first post.
This is a model I've been sculpting in my spare time, she's based on an amazing concept called 'Athena' by Michael C Hayes.

Anyway I would love if you guys had any critiques or feedback

    Thanks Jassem,

She was created using a combination of Maya and Zbrush, I used Maya mainly for the hard body materials and re-typology.

    Each feather is geometry!
I used three types of feathers and placed them in a similar structure to an eagles wing.
I made everything In a t-pose first and once I was happy with how she looked I started to pose her.

    I hope this explains it

Great first post! Such a beautiful sculpt. Love the face, the body, the wings, the pose. Everything about it.

You're welcome, April's Sketchbook! I downloaded the images of your sculpt to a folder that I can refer to for inspiration, as I do with many good sculpts on ZBrush Central. Looking forward to seeing more of your stuff.
