Christmas gnomon -WIP

hello guys, it is my first post here after a very long time.
I want to share with you an wip of an image that I started as bad joke christmas card for my RPG tabletop group. Unfortunately I couldnt finish it in time cause of my late start at this. So ill be working on it a little longer. Basically the idea is a gnomon that deliver magic itens to the players.
I´m still blocking the mains shapes and pose. C&C are welcome specialy about the image reading, silhouete and forms. If you want to give me another advices feel free to do it.
