Well, I don't know your modeling level or acquaintance with ZBrush but if you have intermediate to advanced ZBrush knowledge I recommend "Creating Appealing Characters" class from Mold3d. It's taught by Dylan Ekren and it's really nice 'cause you'll learn more about design principles and and how they translate to 3D. Hope it helps.
