Work for HIRE, need someone with Retropology and 3D Printing Prep.

Hi I have a single Zbrush (Complex High Detail) Model that is over 1.5 Gigs.
I have to get it the file size down to a 100 meg max. .STL for 3D Printing.

My ZBrush artist is fairly new and not sure how to do it? Tried Decimation it doesnt work, only crashes proably due to the file size.

According to my 3D printing company the model needs to be fixed as it has tons of triangle faciests, along with need some of the small detail and text to be .025 minium for the 3D pritning so we dont loose the detail when printing.

Doing some research it seems Retropology may be the answer? However open to other solutions that you may be confident in to get rid of all the polygons, make the files size smaller for 3D printing but not loose the detail.

Please email if interested I will email you images of what the model looks like and further disscussion of time and cost.

Thank You.
