I wanted a girl in my portfolio and that seemed a good opportunity to pay homage to one of my favorite concept artist, Dan Luvisi. I decided to do a take on his paint "Speedie".

Although there was no hint of it in the original art I wanted to give a retro-future 80"s vibe to this one, so I changed the light to make believe she's being lit by neon.

I did my initial sketch in zbrush and took my time to sculpt some hair as if it was for 3d printing. There was no re-topo for this one aside from z-remesher, but I took it to max in order to do proper multi-tiling uvs. Details were made in z-brush and final render is v-ray in max. For the hair I've used ornatrix with guides made of fiber-mesh in zbrush.
