I don't know what to say exactly about the render process. It's a very basic light setup rendered with Vray.
The scene has 4 lights, one of which is a dome light with a very low value, others are basic plane lights. Meshes's shaders have only 1 diffuse map, I didn't want to focus too much on "perfect" shading with a lot of maps. The body's shader is a vrayblend with several SSS2 for gums, teeths and ears which tweak reflections and SSS's scatter radius. It's a very dirty shading, heavy but efficient to get a quick and a simple skin aspect.
I used Vray's DoF with a basic cam. I boosted just a bit the skin spec in photoshop with the specular render element and added a Vray dirt as ambient occlusion.
I hope it will be helpfull.
