    Hi All,

    This is my very first post on ZbrushCentral
    I would like to share with you the sculpts I did for Horizon Zero Dawn. I had a blast working on these, together with our amazing character team. They will post later in this thread.

    Great start Arno,


    Had the great honor to work on story Characters such as Avad, Bast, Helis, Sylens, Nasadi and other character parts I really enjoyed doing.
    I did the high poly modeling of the male base body, clothing / armor and was responsible for texture polish. The base body for Helis was done by Sven Juhlin.
    Female base body for Nasadi was sculpted by Arno Schmitz.
    The rest was a collaboration between the awesome Guerrilla Games Character Art Team and our external partners.
    Concepts for Sylens, Banuk Shamans were done by Ilya Golitsyn https://www.artstation.com/artist/telpenar

    I sculpted the hard surface parts (bright bits) for the future soldier armor that Aloy wears on her Shield Weaver costume which was modeled by Arno Schmitz



    Banuk Shaman Helmets
    For the Banuk Shamans I put the helmets together using existing robot parts and sculpting new pieces.

    Hey All,

    Also joining this great post with some Zbrush pieces created for our environment assets on Horizon Zero Dawn.

    I was responsible for the Assets Art Direction on all the man made Environment & Dressing pieces;
    from the very first steps of production to sculpting benchmarks, directing, modeling, texturing, guiding and giving feedback to our talented outsourcing partners
    to ensuring the final integration and polish on all sets together with one of my teams tallented Technical Asset Artist Bjorn Kjerrgren.

    On the images below you'll find a small cut from the amazing collaborative sculpted benchmark works created for the several themed environments of Horizon Zero Dawn.

    A big special thanks our concept artists, asset team, outsourcing partners and everyone else involved in the creation process of these sets.
