The shader of the carrot looks SUPERB!!! It's so good, in fact, that the eyes (sclera and iris) are detracting in that they are not, similarly, as realistic.
Cool looking concept and great character, though!

I love this, he reminds me of Walter White for some reason.
Perhaps you should look to do more carrotcatures, that would be awesome!
