Hi Johnny, your work is amazing! Congrats for changing your career, you must have been really motivated to get to this level in a second carreer! I like your originality, attention to details and incredible talent to give life (and dead ) to all your sculpts!

    Default the Beastman, Dawn Raid

This was a personal piece i just finished, been working it the last couple months, its based off an old Karl Kopinski, Warhammer drawing that made a really big impression on me the first time I saw it all those years ago, so a big thank you to Karl for the years of inspiration are in order! I know i went away from the concept a bit but i hope the vibe is still there.
It started out just a rough zbrush sketch, but when i needed a model to do some more xgen study's in i thought this was an ideal candidate, so I revisited the model took it a bit further and extDsp from Zbrush, retopo, UV's and smoke FX in Maya, hair in X-gen, textures in Substance, rendered in Arnold 5. depth pass was in photoshop but other then that these are all beauty renders.
Learnt a lot on this one so hope you like, Cheers fellow Z'ers!
