Houston Sharp's Attempts at Zbrush

Hey everyone, first post here! I’m a 2d concept artist and illustrator for film (some projects include Wonder Woman, Wonder Woman 1984, Xmen, and Rampage). I took a few zbrush classes a while back out of curiosity, but didn’t do much with the information I learned since my work was all drawing and painting. I recently decided to pick it back up again and self-teach during my free time. This thread will be dedicated to my practices and experiments! Zbrush tips are welcomed and encouraged, I’m still somewhat of a beginner!

My first practice piece is a bust of Bill Skarsgard as Pennywise, from last year’s IT: Chapter 1. I had a lot of fun with this, and learned a lot. Hope you guys like it!

It really looks like the new Pennywise from the remake. I just don’t like the scratches and cracks on ITs forehead. Why are they there?
