Amazing. I love how you operate with form and I really like the anatomy.

Warmup before work? How long does it take?

Lovely studies… I dig your style.

Many thanks Nebular
I have a lot of difficulty with anatomy so I’ve been studying and trying to improve, with these exercises I try to capture the gesture and form but the anatomy still has many problems that I always try to improve.
As for the question of time.
I wake up early in the morning and with that I have an average of two hours to study before going to work.
I do not run to do these studies, some end up leaving in two hours, such as that of the spider man, but others may take longer as these studies of couples.

Tks Old School, glad you liked.

here is a study of primary forms, body and head.

I think you’re doing great. The anatomy may not be 100% correct but looks very convincing. And poses - rythm and feel are very very good - and that is most important. I especially love the spiderman.
You sculpt stright in poses right?

tks Nebular
I will keep pushing myself to get better.
Yeah all those exercises on top, with only one exception I did without symmetry I think that in some way it makes the gesturing more organic.
Thereafter I will try to make de full figure first then go to the pose, just as an exercise for a better finished model.

another one just practicing.

I think what I really admire, is the simplicity of forms in these studies, yet each figure’s gestures and stance seem authentic and have weight. Very pleasing to my eye.

tks Old School your words made me very happy, thank you for been so kind.

trying to reach a different body type… not haapy with that I don’t have good reference for this kind of body type…

THey’re great, man. I really them a lot.

I thhink I see one issue there (I’m talking about heads you sculpt). THe eyes are too close to eachother or the top of the nose is to thin or the distance from eye to the side of the head is too small. Or everything by little.

Hey Nebular, I completely agree with you.
I believe that all these factors you mentioned are a bit off on the heads, even if it’s a little.
I was feeling something strange in those heads, if somebody else felt then something is probably wrong.I’ll be more careful with this.
Thank you very much for the feedback.
