I’ve been using it for a few weeks as I am working on 20 character faces for use in Massive. The ZWrap plugin does not have all the features of the standalone Wrap3 program but it has one crucial advantage in ZBrush. You can use it to wrap at any practical subdivision level. I have previous sculpts of the heads, and I am making new geo that is just the faces. I set the target head to a subdivision level yielding about 400K polys. The face that will be wrapped is about 40K. I mask out the areas I don’t want affected. It takes about 15 minutes to do a wrap at that level. Doing it by hand would take far longer. As I need low poly final geo but am working at a res to support 4K maps, I am wrapping at a mid point in the subdivision steps.
