Default Balloon Catcher--- a picture for my Cap

Greetings everyone. I needed a picture to use my Cap (http://http://www.zbrushcentral.com/...ad.php?t=24891) in and this is what I came up with. I plan to have him holding a net to catch the balloons with. I'm not sure how to make a net. I'm thinking Meats Myers technique might work. I didn't really follow it cause I didn't think I would ever use it, but guess what. It might be just the answer.
It's a beautifull Spring day and I'm kinda Z'd out so I'm going for a Bike ride at Desoto Bend. Check with you later. 50.

Es muy bonito 50s´KID. Y supongo que mejorará cuando le apliques color. Pero, el saquito de laste ¿no debería ir en la dirección contraria, ya que el globo tira de él? A no ser que el globo esté quieto.

    Just wonderful.

Make you hands too? Maybe the cap is a little bit imprisoned.

You probably don't really need each strand of the net to be 3D -- they'll be too fine to be noticeable. My approach would be to form the net shape from a Sphere3D and then apply a transparent texture to it.

Why? Because nets are formed in a diamond pattern, while the polygon distribution is more suited for a rectangular pattern. It could be done, certainly, but is probably more effort than required for this image.

Hi everyone, after a busy Saturday, I'm back at the pc and ready for more Zbrushing.

abxy, haven't heard from you for awhile, thank you.

saltapiedras: Google translation: Hice una traducción de Google pero no trabajó bien, yo planea hacer una versión del color

Mazur, I hope to get alot of work done this weekend, but there is much to do.

stumpf, you're right about the cap and I left the hardest modeling (atleast for me), the hands for last.

Bizzarocloud, what an original user name. Thank you, yes I have alot of painting to do, the balloons will be transparent.

cosmic*f00l*, I think you have me confused with Ron, thank you for the kind words.

Aurick, thank you very much for the suggestion. I had gone ahead and tried the alpha-mask-hide point. (picture included) You're idea would have been easier, yes.

    Hi Pilou.

jotajota, Google: El tamaño del globo es sí deliberado así que no perderían al muchacho. Agradece jotajota.

Here is the net I made and a link to some great plugins from redfield. I used the new version of 'Lattice Composer' to make the net alpha and also the texture on the basket. It is a great free plugin that comes in a bundle of several, even a water ripple version. Endless settings and random also.
Here is the link: http://www.redfieldplugins.com They work with Paint Shop Pro, PhotoShop, and PhotoImpact, which is what I use

Here is the alpha I used:

Well, that's it for now, back to work thanks for you comments everyone. I hope the translations worked. 50.

Little stream down the bank of the cottage, ran fast and cold, with the most beautiful, full of fight Rainbow trout. Was all i could do to hold onto a little six inch monster. Childhood views of things are so interesting.

I love your baloon iamge as well, reminds of the huge festival we have here in Ottawa/Gatineau every year with balloons from all over the world celebrating the Montgolfier brothers.
