Squirrel

Im pretty new to zbrush, was just browsing around when I found a link, Watched a tutorial on the basics and decided to try it out, I found this squirrel picture that I’d like to do, and heres what i got so far.

Any tips or constructive criticisim would be appreciated :smiley:

ah, at first I thoguht the picture of squirrel was your final render, and was like wow! :slight_smile:

Nice job on the zsphers, but the legs on the squireel, arent like legs, the thigh is a hole I beleive, you should get a reference picture on the squireel and re-zsphere the legs, you can go capture a squirel in backyard for reference.

i agree with vexona

your pose humenazed him a bit.
this could be a start of a wounderfull toon charcter.

dont worry to much about the zpheres thou. its easier to make small changes with the brushes then deal with the spheres. personaly i avoid zspheres and constract the base mesh in maya or max.

The comment regarding the legs of a squirrel are correct… A couple of other photos of squirrels. Hope they can help.
